These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Tactical Talk Vision early access program ("Program"), your use of the Tactical Talk Vision website located at tacticaltalk.vision ("Website"), and your future use of the Tactical Talk Vision product ("Product"). By accessing the Website or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Tactical Talk Vision is a product of Moose Pack Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation registered in the United States.
"Tactical Talk Vision" or "TTV" refers to the augmented reality human behavior intelligence system, including the smart glasses hardware, companion mobile application, AI software, and related services.
"Founding Member" refers to any individual who has purchased a Pioneer, Visionary, or Investor Circle tier during the early access period.
"Hardware" refers to the physical AR glasses device and any associated accessories.
"Software" refers to the AI behavioral analysis engine, companion mobile application, and cloud services.
"Subscription" refers to the monthly or annual software service plans (e.g., Legal Mode, Sales Mode, Negotiation Mode, Law Enforcement Mode, Poker Mode).
The Tactical Talk Vision early access program is a pre-launch reservation system. By purchasing a tier (Pioneer, Visionary, or Investor Circle), you are securing a position for early access to the Product when it becomes commercially available. You are not purchasing the finished Product at this time.
Each tier provides specific benefits as described on the Website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to add additional benefits to any tier but will not remove benefits that were promised at the time of your purchase.
We are actively developing Tactical Talk Vision and are committed to bringing it to market. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific launch dates. Product development timelines are subject to change based on technology, regulatory, manufacturing, and market factors.
Founding Member status is permanent once conferred. It applies to the individual who made the purchase and is non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by the Company in writing.
If you change your mind within 30 calendar days of your early access purchase, you may request a full refund. No reason is required. Contact us at vision@tacticaltalkai.com.
If Tactical Talk Vision does not launch within 24 months of your purchase date, you will be entitled to a full refund of your early access payment. You may also choose to maintain your Founding Member status and continue waiting.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Stripe) within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are processed in USD regardless of the original payment currency.
After the 30-day window, refunds are at the discretion of the Company, except as provided in Section 3.2. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Early access tier payments do not include the physical AR glasses hardware. Hardware will be available for separate purchase when the Product launches. Early access pricing and priority access to hardware varies by tier.
Hardware pricing will be announced prior to launch. Founding Members in the Investor Circle tier are guaranteed access to the first 100 units produced. Visionary tier members receive priority access after Investor Circle members.
Hardware warranty terms will be provided at the time of hardware purchase and are separate from these Terms.
Use of Tactical Talk Vision's AI features requires an active software subscription. Hardware functions as standard eyewear without an active subscription.
Pioneer tier members receive 3 months of free software. Visionary tier members receive 6 months. Investor Circle members receive 12 months. Free months begin on the date the Product becomes commercially available or the date you receive your hardware, whichever is later.
Visionary and Investor Circle members receive a lifetime 30% discount on all subscription plans. "Lifetime" means for as long as the member maintains continuous enrollment (no more than 90-day gap between subscriptions).
Visionary and Investor Circle members may be invited to participate in beta testing. Participation is voluntary.
Beta software and hardware are provided "as-is." Beta versions may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. You agree not to use beta versions in any situation where malfunction could result in injury, financial harm, or legal liability.
By participating in beta testing, you grant Moose Pack Inc a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide in connection with the beta program.
Beta participants agree not to disclose, share, or demonstrate beta features, performance data, or product details to any third party without prior written consent from the Company.
Tactical Talk Vision processes visual data (camera), audio data (microphone), and derived behavioral data. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Tactical Talk Vision analyzes facial expressions and action units (muscle movements). It does not perform facial identification (i.e., it does not identify who a person is). The system analyzes what a face is doing, not whose face it is.
All behavioral analysis is performed on-device (on your connected smartphone). Raw video and audio data is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud backup features.
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. Many jurisdictions require consent from all parties before recording conversations. Tactical Talk Vision provides tools and settings to help you comply with local laws, but compliance is your responsibility.
You agree to use Tactical Talk Vision only in accordance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
You may not use Tactical Talk Vision:
Professional modes (Legal, Law Enforcement, etc.) are decision-support tools only. They do not constitute professional advice. The AI's output should be treated as one data point among many, not as a definitive conclusion.
While Tactical Talk Vision uses state-of-the-art AI and behavioral science, no behavioral analysis system is 100% accurate. Results are probabilistic assessments, not certainties. Accuracy varies based on lighting, camera angle, subject visibility, background noise, and many other factors.
Tactical Talk Vision is not a lie detector. Deception indicators are behavioral correlates that may suggest stress, cognitive load, or inconsistency. They are not proof of deception. Using TTV output as sole evidence of deception is inappropriate and potentially harmful.
You should not make critical professional decisions (legal judgments, law enforcement actions, medical assessments) based solely on Tactical Talk Vision output. The system is a supplementary tool, not a replacement for professional training, expertise, and judgment.
All intellectual property rights in Tactical Talk Vision, including but not limited to software, AI models, hardware designs, trademarks, and trade dress, are and remain the exclusive property of Moose Pack Inc. No license or right is granted to you except the limited right to use the Product as a subscriber in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moose Pack Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for your early access tier or, if greater, the total subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moose Pack Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Tactical Talk Vision shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the state of the Company's principal place of business.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered Founding Members at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Moose Pack Inc is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
